Yer. go to www.tvn.com.au and on the left hand side theres a box were you can type horses names and all there starts in there career come up.

You can get a horse's racing history for free on Mark Read's www.ozeform.com as well. It's not much chop compared to something like expertform, but it's free and pretty useful
