Its unfortunate but a reality - Wallace has failed at rebuilding this club and must go.

Under his reign;

Skills have not improved.
Tackling & pressure on the opposition has declined.
A game plan is not evident.
Less wins than even the preceeding disasterous Frawley era.

Under Wallace with Millers assistance;

Drafting has not improved.
Player development has not improved.
Trading is still diabloical.
List management has not improved.
Our young list is no better than any other club.

Wallace must go and Miller must go with him.

Alright einstein who do you think we should appoint as coach? Voss or Sheedy. You've got to be kidding. Plain and simple we don't have the cattle at the moment and it's going to take sometime to nurture the talent we have at the Richmond FC. Terry is the only coach who has been bold enough to look our supporters in the eye and say "hey i've got a plan but there will be alot more pain before we enjoy success but if you are happy to support me I won't disappoint you." Richmond supporters are taking almost 30 years of disappointment out on one coach. One of the reasons Richmond has not been a viable model for a football club is it has had no money. It has only had part time staff in all these years. You are never going to compete with the likes of Brisbane, West Coast and Adelaide until you get your football department in order. No I for one want Terry to see his contract out.............

Our list is much better. If we can just organise our forward set up, we will get success. Whoever is in charge of our forward structure is the one who should go. I think it's either David King or the players up forward who are holding the club backwards at the moment. Our kicking into the forward line isn't the problem, it's the actual forward line which is the problem. I think the solution is pretty simple but I don't think the players up forward are using their brains. I think Terry is smart enough to know our forward line solution

I'd appoint both of them on a 2 year deal. Like an apprentiship for Voss. Time to think outside the square. Sheeds wil take a pay cut to make history (via 2 coaches)
As for the argument about no money...... that's flawed - the Kangas still go okay don't they?

Again you can't blame 30 years of mismanagment on one coach. Yes it's frustrating to see the likes of North Melbourne be successful but one of the main reasons Richmond has not been successful is because it's had no money. Until recently it had one part time recruiting officer acting on instinct. You're never going to win premierships with that type of structure. Since Terry has been at the helm there has been a real change in the football department. For a long time Richmond has had to sort out its own backyard. Unfortunately success is the last thing to follow. I believe we're heading in the right direction under Terry. It's just going to take time......

and at the end of his contract and we still haven't made the finals will you reappoint him. There are plenty of teams with the same or less money then RFC. TW could look Kevin Rudd in the eye and say I have a plan to bring interest rates down. He is fantastic with the media. I hope to god I am wrong but I dont see us going far with him at the helm.Go on TW please prove me wrong:o

I'd interview Hardwick, McKenna and Longmire. Pick the best of that lot.

And what are they going to do......Are they going to make Thursfield who currently weighs 83kg more competitive against Rocca, Barry Hall or Quinten Lynch? Again you're just going to have to be patient. This was never going to be the year. To be honest I would think if we string 6 wins together that would be acceptable..........

Richmond has a very young side. It guts me to watch what is being dished out each week but I can guarantee you that no other coaches who are being put forward are going to achieve instant results either. No I want to see it out.....

We are no younger than half the other teams in the competition. Collingwood has a very young side. You cannot compare the two - one team plays a solid consistant brand of football & the other is a complete mess.

Yes I think Richmond will be every bit as good as the elite teams in the competition but it won't be this year. Throughout the best part of the last 30 years, Richmond has suffered from too much volatility. A coach hasn't lasted long enough to see out his game plan. I think Terry is a great strategist and innovative thinker. Look at Mark Thompson. It took him almost ten years to get Geelong to where it is now...............

Did he sit you on his lap and say "Son. There's something i've been meaning to tell you." ?
yes he did but I was wonderingwhat that was in his poket.lol. on a serious note I have seen better foward line set ups at amateur footy games on a sat morning than what I have seen from Tigers I feel shamed as a Tigers supporter watching it prob still go to Subi this weekend and cheer them on but have to say the clubs got dumbasses like me scratching my head at the moment the losing I can live with not having a red hot go at it I cant whats your thoughts there Eat em alive.?:D:confused:

Mate I've been supporting this club for almost 30 years. It does my head in but it's too late to back out now. I'm in for the long haul. We just don't have the players yet. As Terry said it's got nothing to do with a lack of application. Richmond killed Collingwood in the Centre Breaks. It's the turnovers which are costing us. Good teams like Collingwood never let you back into a game. Wouldn't it be great if we had a remote control and could press fast forward to next season or the season after. Do you think it's any easier for me? I'm a Victorian holed up in Brisbane. I cop shit every day for being a Victorian and supporting Richmond...........
