Is there any way to credit my itunes account with a credit card?

I see i can just purchase songs with it but can i just add like $20 to it?

cheers,

Just go buy an itunes gift card. Comes in 20 and 50, then you don't need your credit card at all, and you have credit. Better yet, use Limewire.

I am in agreement there - there is a lot of crap on there - is there a newer, better p2p? I am all ears. Seriously, if there is a better one, I will switch.

use torrents

even if u only want a single song from an entire cd u can just download that one song from the catalogue

So, like bittorrent? I used that before, but no matter what I did, I couldn't get it to 'port forward'.

Soulseek...

emule is another option (or emule plus) it's old like limewire, and works pretty much the same, but just make sure you find a ed2k link website (try searching ed2k music maybe) so you know exactly what you are getting and will avoid crappy/fake/virus files from searching within emule.

I haven't used limewire for maybe 10 years or so, but I assume it would have something similar with links?? If not, then it should :p

otherwise, yeah torrents or soulseek. Soulseek can be a pain if you're trying to get full albums, and have a habit (like myself) of queuing up a lot of stuff - it's difficult to get the newly queued stuff downloaded before the older queued stuff with soulseek (and often older stuff you dont want to delete because it's a song or two from an unfinished album), although it is great for finding rarer stuff. Other users also ban you from downloading their stuff sometimes, it seems, just because they can.

depends a bit what you are looking for I guess.

If you're only going for single songs, definitely go soulseek.

from my experiences...
torrent - great for new stuff, and getting things quickly.
soulseek - great for rare stuff, but can take a while sometimes (as you're downloading from one person only).
ed2k - great for older full albums (some rare), can also take a while, but seeders stay around much much longer than torrent (like years).

I've used soulseek the most myself (and only ever get full albums), but do get some pretty obscure bands, and then probably torrent. used ed2k heaps for movies (it great for rare movies especially, and/or if you want a lot - both old and new). the trick with ed2k is to have a few things downloading at once (10-15 maybe?, or more depending or your connection), so obviously it's best if you're gonna be trying to get a fair bit.
