I think i posted about him before the start of this season............ watch out for him as a smokey in the draft, and absolute gun ruckman who can kick goals! 197cm (only turned 18 recently i think) played with him for a year..... was a gun basketballer but switched to footy about 3 years ago. Moves like Josh Fraser... and is ultra quick. Played in both the cannons premierships and was closely looked at by the Fremantle dockers last year but was too young to be drafted. This kid is a gem trust me people.

Good player and will definatley be picked up. My only concern is that he is quite developed body wise which gives him an advantage over alot of other TAC cup players who have the height but not the body weight yet. When he gets up with the big boys that advantage goes. It's not a bad thing, just a query I have. Alternatively that means he has the chance to get a game quicker than others, but then you'd argue there is less upside to him.

I don't think so the dons have a stack of ruckman and will surely target a pacey midfeilder with their 1st pick which is probably gona be eckerman.

Yes, he has got a basketball background and have heard a few good things bball wise about him. He's a genius of a bloke as well, most certainly knows how to pull the right ladies as well.
Football wise, haven't seen him play but hear a lot about him and he did well in the TAC Cup grand final. The problem is getting drafted is that the bigmen struggle to get a senior spot because there is already another ruckman already established in 22. However, good VFL form and training hard might change that.

Ruckman are supposed to develop slowly. They take at least 3 to 4 years to develop fully and play afl footy.ben.carbonaro said:

I have seen this Ivan bloke play and can get out of the blocks, and at a decent pace for a big man. I would put my money on Ivan over Josh Fraser, i'd even go double or nothng for him over David Hille.
