AUSTRALIAN entertainment legend Olivia Newton-John will perform live at the MCG before Melbourne's round 10 Friday night clash with Carlton, the AFL announced on Tuesday

Newton-John, who has sold an estimated 100 million albums worldwide and starred in the 1978 film classic Grease, will sing three songs to help raise money for the Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre

I guess I can see the connection with Jim Stynes and all - he's a ****ing legend and more of a positive role model for growing young men than plenty of the players going around. Hope someone is writing these down cause this thread title alone is worth a shot at the title come end of season.

This performance is an effort to make up for some funding the state govt reneged on, is that right?
