Is he even in the leadership group?

Not the official one, no. Would have been an obvious candidate one would have thought so perhaps he's not keen?

Leadership roles aren't for everybody I guess.

if Adams isn't captain it will be Moore.

Crisp was impressive after the game on Monday. Surely he is in the AA 40.
The AA selectors don't seem to rate Crisp. I think he should have been in the AA team most years since and including 2018, but I'm not sure if he's ever made a squad.

Let them underrate him. Means we don't have to give yet another player a $1m contract

He has been very quiet over the last 3 weeks. I feel his performance drops off when JDG doesnt play.
He's been terrible. Not getting much of it and fumbling most times he does.

It's really strange, Crisp is usually so reliable in the contest, but he has been off lately. I trust he'll regain his touch.

I know Crisp has been down on form for the last few weeks but if anyone has any credits in the bank it must him over his previous 180 or so continuous games, I would only rest him if he requested it maybe best to change his role for a few weeks, sorry for butting in.

He seems like he’s playing while blind in one eye. Misjudging the flight of the ball, handballing to grass, not seeing incoming tacklers, mis kicking off the ground. It’s strange to watch.

Apparently he should have had a week off, according to thy Oracle Apex36
Lol, you’re so petty. There were plenty of posters who responded to that reasonably and suggested maybe a position switch might be a better option, but you had to go and get personal just because you didn’t like what I suggested might happen.

His last quarter was excellent. The first 3 not so good. If Maynard is out next week I think he’d benefit from being out back in defence.

Just calling out one of the numerous erroneous calls you make champ.

But it was petty, so I apologise and will attempt to not be attacking you in the future. We are both Pies fans after all.

Literally everyone on here makes numerous errors. It’s an opinion forum, don’t act like all your calls are correct because they’re not, and I have no problem with you disagreeing with me if you don’t jump straight in to personal attacks.

Thank you.

What's up with Jack?

He was absolutely flying up until round 13 (Queens Birthday) averaging 26.5 disposals alongside 7 goals.

It was arguably career best form and I was thinking he had really came of age as a legitimate midfielder and not a half back admirably playing a role for the side through the midfield.

During his last 6 games though he's only cracked the 20 disposal mark once, his disposal average during this period has fallen to 18.6 and he hasn't registered a single goal or even a behind.

I didn't see that coming and it makes you wonder if he's playing with an undisclosed injury.

If he's fully fit fair to say we need him back to his absolute best before finals and tonight would be an opportune moment to start.

Come on Jack.

I reckon he's felt the effects of being one big body short, with either JDG or Adams absent during that time period.

It would be great to get him back up and running now, he's a vital cog in a midfield that doesn't bat particularly deep.

This man stood up in the 4th quarter again.

He had 10 disposals (24 for the game) in the last quarter.

2 shots on goal. 2 tackles. 3 marks and 2 clearances.

Elite.

Against an almost unstoppable a grade midfield

Crispy is unbelievable
