Come on Blues, take Batsanis/Hurley/Eddy or Jamieson with our next pick, then Johnston and/or Williams with the other picks

Like that pick. Hopefully he makes it, he's certainly a footballer before an athlete. I think he'll improve significantly once he gets a good body, unlike Daniel Batson who looked a million bucks and had 50 cents worth of talent.

Batsanis isnt lacking in speed buddy!!
Hurley was South Australian captain, played against speedsters eveyr week and still accumulated 30+ touches - height is his query.


Your right about Kelly, Speed is his biggest query - but rookie him, see what he is like aaginst men.

Young is mature aged playing ok in the VFL, cant see him playing much AFL.

Happy with Jacobs!! Jamieson is a fairly solid pick, will add depth and a bigger body down back.

Doubt Young would have cracked the team this year that consistently with his form in the bullants - wasted pick!

I guessed wed only have three picks - reckon we should have gone Hurley or Kelly in Rd 4 still. Batsanis over young in the third round would of made it a great rookie draft!

Not too disappointed we didn't take Williams, actually. Sydney didn't take him either, and we may just take him as a F/S selection next year.

pretty ordinary IMO.

Jacobs i think is a good pick, Jaimeson might be ok, Ross Young is a VFL player at best IMO, would have been far better off trying a Batsanis, Eddy or even a Tom Sheldon or Lachlan Carey.
