The perception of King's form is abysmal. Now the off-field perception of King is also low.

On-field mediocrity and a now poor off-field perception, doesn't help King.

And at 29yo, King is on the brink of being shown the door at the RFC.

you do realize perception is not reality? Only superficial Andrew Bolt worshiping morons think perception is reality

He has had an injury effected year, and because he had a bad final you have, as per normal, lost your noodle on virtually no substance

Tell me how many training sessions he missed, how much his work rate in the gym or training track has dropped, how many team planning sessions he skipped, any of that. Show me FACTS, show me details of how his off field has actually impacted upon his on field

Problem is you cannot, and who King's mates are has as much impact upon his onfield as Andrew Walkers hat does for him

We do have short memories. Lets look at banning some of the family members of our players then (more than one from what I understand), or even one of our runners not that long ago.

Wouldn't raise an eyebrow if Kingy was playing back at Heidelberg but this is a multi-million dollar operation where image is critical to its revenue and success.

If he was a fanboi seeking them out (as some players have done in the past), I'd say the guy is a knob, but King doesn't seem to be the poser type.

As for inviting into the rooms, I honestly don't see it as a big deal. As I posted before, we have had plenty of people with bad rap sheets in those rooms over the years, he aint the first and wont be the last

Any different to clubs inviting people guilty of multi million dollar fraud or embezzlement into their rooms? I find it funny how we have no issue with white collar crims being down there, but freak at a bikie
