It's definitely silly, but hardly a serious crime.

Not even sure why an official arrest is necessary. Should just simply mean sobering up at the station for a couple of hours, a small fine, then seeya later.

Well I had a mate urinate on a cop car in the Adelaide CBD a few years back. Cop was 40 metres away from him. Copper slammed my mate on a wall and game him a warning and that a the end of it.
