We may up the offer somewhat but we have list management to worry about. If we offer him what he’s worth then if he leaves he’s a piece of shit up there with Burgoyne in my eyes.

Would not agree with this the coach does have a significant bearing on whether a player stays or leaves on every level. No vision no imagination no results are just a starter!
