Those player profile pages are generated by an active serve page query based on the player ID.

As all (most?) of the AFL club websites are managed by Telstra the players are all in the same database so it doesn't matter which club site the query comes from the player's bio will be displayed.

Poor design by Telstra really in that they don't check the requester URL to ensure the player actually plays for the associated club. Imagine if Telstra were hosting a number of websites for online businesses. A simply typo of a product ID in a link could result in customers ordering products that the business didn't even stock.
