Thank God! What else could we do without him?

He does it all, finds plenty of the ball! (avg 15.3 possies per game), kicks goals!(8 in 15 games) and just a tackle machine!(1 tackle last week backs this up!)

Watch out Adelaide Crows backman, because Jarryd Blair is coming for you, and he's going to lay plenty of Tackle!(would say 'Tackles', but multiple 'Tackles' aren't gaurenteed).

Edit: Sarcasm heavily intended as a light hearted joke, i dont hate or dislike Blair at all, and i do hope he plays well against Adelaide. A few of you guys need to take is easy, Mods, delete thread if you feel the need.

I was hoping this year Blair wouldn't be a certain starter and would have to force his way into the side through the vfl but apparently he can do nothing all game and still be guaranteed to play next week.

He's not been great over the last few weeks but he's not alone there. He always gives his best for the Pies.

We obviously want to make sure that we get his son through the father/son rule. Whoever he is dating must have some really good traits, he has been terrible this season. :drunk:

I don't disagree with your point but I don't see the need for a thread. The way I see it this is Blairys last chance. Perform this week or back to the 2's. Kennedy, Elliott and Martin will provide enough damage up forward.

The OP should promise a BF apology if he plays well.
I promise BF an apology if Jarryd Blair plays well.

I want him to play well, but good games for Jarryd blair nowadays are 15 disposals and a goal and he has one about once a month, half the player he used to be in 2011/12. Id rather Tony Armstrong play, atleast he is playing good consistent footy in his league.

If his best is all we have, no wonder we are heading out of the eight at rapid speed. He would not get a game in most other top 8 sides.

He is barley averaging 17 disposals in the VFL...

His poorer games from the earlier part of the year probably bring his averages down, his last month has been impressive.

I was referring more to his effort. I agree he is a limited player but let's be honest, we have a few of those.

He should have been dropped. The only reason I can think of for him not being dropped is that we had to make 4 changes already due to injury so maybe Bucks didn't want to make any more changes.
Or it may be because he is Bucks lovechild
As long as he is sub I won't be as angry

he's playing as a half back flank.. not a midfielder.. averaging 17 off a half back flank is good!.. he's also up there for tackles and the no 1 for spoils.

Which is why we may drop out of the 8. We do not have enough quality players at the club. We have not recruited as well as the best teams and our coaching and fitness staff are not currently up to the task.

Thing is Thomas was dropped instead so we ended up making 5 anyway.
