Dont want to derail the thread but he posted a Pic of Chris Yarran today in the Bay saying he will be leaving for WA Jail time soon :eek:

It got reported but only deleted and no cards given... :eek: WTF i must say! There was stern warnings given about this in the Bay when the rumours surfaced but it seems the warnings have been forgotten. :rolleyes:

You do make a good point, however if you look at the two cases they are very different.

Judd leaving for the "go home" factor. No such issue with Roughy.
Judd left a basket case of a club that was going down the drain and down the ladder. Roughy is at a club with a young (though injury prone) list, and would consider the next 2 years as being likely to produce a least 1 more flag.
If he is leaving for more money then he is exactly the type of player we don't need.

Roughy would be great and our forward line would be unstoppable, but I just can't see it happening. Judd was ALWAYS going to come back to Melbourne, the only contention was WHEN.

Roughy will stay with the Hawks. Right now they would rate him higher than Buddy. More consistent.
 
I don't think Roughead would get a hawks premiership tattoo on his back and then leave the club

Anyway i would love Roughy at the Blues but i doubt he would leave the Hawks sadly, he is a great talent.
 
would be excellent for us, I have heard a rumour that they aren't a happy team at Hawthorn and every one is hating each other and not getting along. Wouldn't suprise me if he was thinking of a move.

P.S. Have you watched hawthorn play, they don't kick it to Roughy hardly at all. They tend to kick it to Franklin all the time when Roughead is just as capable, if not more capable this year. Maybe a sign of the tension I was told of at Hawthorn...

ive got no doubt at all we will figure prominantly in trade week and we will land a quality name, i just dont think roughead will be the one
