Sad Doctor Who GIF

Now he is gone, thanks for your time and service Jed, always looked to have a great attitude and a real likeable bloke within the group. It’s unfortunate you were the innocent victim in a terrible selection policy and you were set up to fail, consistently. I wouldn’t be against finding a job for Jed at Alberton, if he has studied in Marketing, Media, Finance, Business Management, etc.

Imagine adding Jed to the coaching crew with Hartlett, Lobbe and Sutcliffe.

McEntee popular?

Maybe with the other coaches, a handful of supporters, and a couple of posters on here!
That's about it.

Definitely within the club he was. People like effort, and at Ken Hinkley's Port Adelaide someone having a genuine crack probably stands out like dogs balls.

Just a shame he couldn't read the game about 20% better.

The fact that hinkly gave a player like Jed so much time on field shows how pathetic he was as head coach.
Carr is showing us how much he is not like hinkly which has to be a good thing.
I cant believe the exhonoration that hinkly is getting around the afl but with it all they will never give this guy a head coach gig again he simply is not up to it.

No doubt a good kid but he's already done very well out of the club by drawing a salary for six years and registering 50 AFL appearances when he really had no right to, not sure we need to 'find' a job for him on top of all that.

McEntee was lucky to play those 50 odd games because he didn't really have the talent and athleticism to play AFL football but he worked hard, did what the coaches said to do, never complained, never complained what the fans dished up to him and got on with it.

I'm sure he will happy to have lived his AFL dream.

Good luck with the next phase of your life, Jed.
