I know he will not get the air time on radio or TV that a certain drug cheating, f wit got but that man Jim Stynes is a true hero deserving of a break in his life.
The problem with society today is that certain Fwits get all the attention for doing the wrong things and we think that they are heroes because they repent afterwards. Jim Stynes is a man who is someone who deserves to be recognised and looked up to. If we want to hearoworship someone this is the man. Not just because he is sick but look at his life even before the cancer. I must admit even in Grand Final week my heart did beat red and blue for a while.

LONG LIVE GENTLEMAN JIM:):):)

Had the chance to attend the Presidents lunch in Melbourne's RND 22 game v Kangaroos. Normally not a fan of corporate functions but jumped at the chance to hear Jim make his address.

I have long been an admirer of Jimmy Stynes work with his REACH foundation but seriously...the man has unbelievable presence. He has true strength and this greatness fills a room.

He is fighting a fight he won't win...but it is the battle that is important and the fight he is putting up is just another admirable quality.

I set the IQ for his doco tonight...will watch it some time after the granny when I have recovered. Not one to shed too many tears but watching this tonight and the GF coming up next weekend may be a bit much.
