The trainer had to tie Rich's boot laces for him.
He can't reach that low with his arm stumps.

Not so much SC relevance, but the Lions have a handy bunch of up and coming KPPs, by the looks.

Has Christensen been placed on the LTI list / will he be? Guess Barrett would be the first cab off the rank to be upgraded.
6-8 week injury so no.

Skinner is on the LTI from memory and Lions can upgrade someone if they want to

Sam Mayes looked good. They seemed to want to get him the ball coming out of half back.
he had a stretch of games last year where he was rebounding off half back, time when Cutler missed a few games, averaged around 90

for $380k you need some massive balls though, I wouldn't recommend going near him haha

31 hitouts for Stef Martin but only 1 to advantage kept his #SuperCoach score well down (42).
LOL I always reckon journos write AFL game reports based PURELY on stats.
From the game report from Lions Dogs JLT last night, confirms it, as I'd rather trust TheOz than a journo.
This was taken from game report from last nite, AFL website...
"They gained the ascendancy at the stoppages with veteran Lions big man Stefan Martin too strong in the ruck contest for Tim English, who tried hard in his first game. "

WTF?

Reckon? No reckoning about it. They do. Especially pre-season games.

JLT is doing my head in.....

I've had a locked midfield of Danger, Treloar, Hanners, Cripps, Fyfe, Rockliff, JOM & Beams for weeks now. Everyone's getting onboard what were POD's about a month ago!

I think the only POD about your mids will be JOM at M8 - thats scary deep midfield

rest have been pretty popular in discussions

Thats... quite the midfield!

Must be running with Thurlow/Roughead or similar D3/F3 and Sandi at R2?

do you have $150k in the bank in the above team? If not, where does the $150k come from?

$90k. The rucks have been taking all sorts of combinations and are source of cash/changes. Sandi >>> Witts leaves plenty over. Sandi AND Witts means both Petracca & Jones stay.

Yeah, pretty much sums up sports journalism in general...
