The AFL has ruled that all non-2012 players can't play against Williamstown as they can play against the saints. This includes Daniher. If Daniher had an IN, he couldn't play against the saints, and thus would be allowed to play against Williamstown.

Am I missing something?

Well he has "general soreness" doesn't he? So if he has no IN, how can he play against Williamstown anyway? Wouldn't he be better off rested and ready to go for next week, assuming whatever he has is this debilitating?

Like the "players cooperated but were cheering their club from the sidelines to have the investigation thrown out" logic.

Like the "we don't know what the players took, but they took nothing prohibited" logic.

Like the "it was just a chance meeting Charter and Hird met by a pool-side bar in Queensland" logic.

Like the "the AFL and ASADA are in a conspiracy against us" logic.

Like the "James Hird appealed to fight for the players, and for natural justice" logic.

So much ado..How is the phrase "Daniher can't play football" any different to what all non-essendon supporters have been saying for the last couple of years?

Your hatred, can't you see how far your hatred has pushed you over these years to this board? It is so deep, you have dug yourselves so deep into hatred that I can't fathom what would happen if Essendon is found not guilty.

You all say kool aid this, kool aid that but if someone was reading a story/novel about this years later and they had to describe the Essendon supporters I think they would say "they were supportive and defensive of their club".

Stop trying to convince me you and footy world will label us "whatever" for years to come unless we do what you tell us to, I aint drinking that kool-aid.

They were all at the club at the same time...

Why would Essendon dope a kid still in high school, who only attended training sessions sporadically, and who wouldn't be playing league football for over a year, yet not dope the new rookie players who were actually a chance of giving Essendon an immediate on-field boost as a result of the PEDs?

Haven't read up on all of today's comments as yet, but it does seem pretty clear now that Joe doesn't have an IN.

I'm taking the HUNs word for it, and I feel a little dirty.

Still, I can't fathom how people could genuinely not query anything and everything involving Essendon after the last 2 years, so if speculation upsets you perhaps a small review of the timeline and the backflips might be in order.

So why do you come here and why defend your club?

Yes we know you don't care about other clubs, such as St Kilda by playing a second string team while keeping your best players on some non competitive match simulation.

Hatred is a result of the way your club acts showing no regard for its players or other clubs or the competition, just do what suits you.

I definetly dont want to see them burn! They are a big club with a proud history, this will be a black stain for sure! Lets be straight i want them whacked for their actions and contempt! But back after that to support and love the club and game...

They do have to clean house to get their compliance and general business in order, the AFL should assist as its in everyones best interest including the supporters..

The semantics at this point are little..

The only thing that has been bleeding is the Essendon cheque book with legal fees and payouts to staff.

If it was the bleeding obvious why wouldn't the club announce as such? Are we expected to now believe everything we read in the paper? Or just when it suits an agenda....
