This will be a five minute fix with a new seal around the end of the screw in tap, maybe reseating the joint with one of those screw in cutting blades that attaches to the drill. Just make sure you take off the shower head or it will be full of shavings and bits.

And obviously turn off the water at the mains

But you probably have to pay someone $150 to do it for you to comply with regulations. Should you be that person though, bunnings stock a pack of seals in a little yellow package that has all the bits you'll need and if you need the cutter that is in the same aisle.

Tbf many experts recommend tree nuts - almonds, brazil nuts, cashews, chestnuts, hazelnuts, hickory nuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, pine nuts...

Even veggies not grown in the ground are good for a wide range of health issues.

Low carb / sugar diets seem to work. Even steak diets like JB.

Fat was said to be bad due to sugar companies paying off scientists to give fibs back in the day
