Just on essendonfc that Courtney Johns has been placed on LTI list and that we have not put a replacement on yet.

Seeing as this injury was done weeks ago is there any chance that Chartres or Dick will get a call up to the senior list this week as they are the only 2 rookie's left not elevated.

Reading HFF review of the bombers neither seems ready yet.

They wouldn't of put him on the LTI list if they weren't thinking of promoting some rookie off it. Can't see Dick getting the call up and with Michael in the side why would we bring Charters up.. Maybe Charters to cover Lucas up forward... I'm only thinking while i type, i can't see either getting a game but we'll promote Charters

Dick doesn't deserve to be elevated. Chartres probably isn't up to AFL level and I'm not sure what position/role he would play in the team.

You would think Chartres would be the red hot fav over Dick if one was to get elevated.

I was only thinking Chartres cause he is more developed.

Chartres has played his whole time in the backline or ruck, we need a KPP to play forward if Lucas, Gumby, Neagle and Daniher still out this week

Bring on Magin - the kid will be a cool head down back and eventually in the middle - I was really impressed with him in the preseason. Cool head - silky skills - great vision.

Per previous threads re Courtney Johns - I'm tipping he'll be on the really long term injury list - ie won't play again for Essendon. He's had enough chances to prove his worth and has come up short (not for lack of trying, just lack of talent).
