Seems like Trac from last year where Ridley won’t get traded because he’s too valuable to Essendon and he will just have to cope with that.

Especially with Essendon revamping their high performance department. You’d want to give the new people time to build trust if the offer wasn’t amazing

Get a rort end of first rounder from the Eagles (priority pick) for Starce. Trade that and something for the Riddler. Every other club gets screwed

Sort of. Rob Forster-Knight is still our national recruiting manager, has been for like a decade. He works closely with the old west coast recruiting guy whose name escapes me.

Matt Rosa is our new GM-List & Recruiting, he played for West Coast & Gold Coast but as a list manager he worked for Peel and built them a cracking list.

Our new CEO was a lawyer then a player manager then west coast’s list guy and then their COO I think? He’s involved with our list stuff obviously but he also has responsibilities for the entire rest of the organisation.

I think you would take anything in the top 25 in terms of draft picks.

I think what you get in return outweighs the 10 games he plays per year.

Also he clearly wants out.

I see his value as a late first or early second. If we could get an end of first round pick for Starcevich or an early 20s pick for Ah Chee, I’d trade that for Ridley.
