That pic tells me Zak has zero confidence in Sweet.
And was proven right

God that first example is so annoying. Sweet clearly pushed him in the shoulder yet they still say 'two hands in the back' just to fit the narrative. WE CAN SEE IT TOO
He was probably being careful after the criticism he copped for not keeping it in close and tight the game before. Going boundary side when the ball was in their half was safer than going into the middle. Just imagine if he'd tipped into the open in the middle and they had got it and kicked on goal, he would have been skun alive. As it turned out his repeat tapping of the ball eventually failed but only because the boundary ump didn't blow the whistle when the Bulldogs player was tackled over the line. Maybe he should have grabbed it and not tried to tap it out. He's made some mistakes but he out tapped English and worked hard to advantage our midfielders when the ball was on the ground. I am glad he's progressing and he responds well to criticism.I don't think we would be talking much about Sweet if he didn't do 2 absolute dead shit ruck moves that essentially handed the game over in back to back weeks.
Punching forward instead of killing the ball in the showdown, and then hitting boundary side instead of getting it going our way on Friday night are just inexcusable skill executions. Yes Butters got sucked into the contest, but there is not a single situation where hitting boundary side is effective with where the game was.

Yep, go to most of the rated beaches around the world and you go “i park my car on better beaches than this”Would suggest that if you think Henley is overrated, you probably haven’t spent much time in other capital cities or overseas. We’re absolutely blessed in Australia with our access to quality beaches. It’s also incredibly rare to be able to afford to live so close to both a beach and your workplace, especially that close to the CBD.
He was also good for the 2nd half of 2013, but yeah 1.5 seasons out of 10 seasons at Alberton is a poor return. We got rid of Brogan when Covid hit. He had only been doing a part time role for 3 or 4 months but he is a better choice.Lobbe was absolutely terrible except for 2014 when he was coached by Shaun Rehn. Sweet is just as bad. Having Lobbe as ruck coach is flipping ridiculous.
Agree with your last statement but think Vis is also a dumb footballer. Our rucks make it so much harder for our mids. Actually over watching crap ruckman play for Port.Doesn't hold a candle to Sweet's low footy IQ imo.
Granted, I think both players are shit. Ruck imo is one of the biggest needs on this team.

Assuming Zak held his position - Sweet was still tapping directly to a 3 on 1 scenario which is stupid. All our players are goal side and if he tapped it our way we were out.
This is why if we aren't into Dodson already then we're making a huge mistakeAgree with your last statement but think Vis is also a dumb footballer. Our rucks make it so much harder for our mids. Actually over watching crap ruckman play for Port.
