I dont think we will. Our persective is a little different as a club that had to lose players every year since since inception. Josh has done the right thing and the overwhelming feel on our board and from me is we dont blame him and wish him well.

A million bucks will likely be 5-6% of the salary cap in 2023, and I expect a 28 year old Kelly to be worth every piece of 5-6% of the cap. It will be a steal. What club wouldn't take a 28 year old Kelly for that?! Good times!

I think ideally we'd need to trade 2 picks between 7 - 10 AND a mid-late 20s pick depending on the first 2 picks. Maybe a late teens pick instead if he wins the Brownlow.

there are alot of people saying he should stay for two years, win flags then come back to Vic, but premierships arnt guaranteed, and if he has a o'meara type injury, will get paid no where near whats on offer (by nth or stk).

He is worth two first rounders and that's what you will get, if he gets tagged next couple of weeks we will see how good he really is.
