Couldn't find a thread on this guy, but I thought he played pretty well in the NAB until he went down with an ankle.

Balme said he played VFL on the weekend and went pretty well, anyone watch him and can elaborate?

Read somewhere that Bucks rates him highly so we could see him on the HBF/wing maybe the second half of the year. Hopefully puts some good performances together in the VFL.

He was going to get the rookie elevation for Round 1 but injury prevented that, He's had a brilliant pre season. Pies rate him highly.

Obviously, but I'd just like to see a bit more of him.

Definitely not as enthusiastic as some on what I've seen in the intra-club and NAB 1 even though he was injured early in that game.

It was based on post history, not just the last post and the fact he was called Joshy.

I wasn't having a shot at all, I didn't get a chance to see it yet so I was curious to get everyone's impression.

I actually disagree with the people saying 'let him play a heap of good games in the VFL before he gets a senior game'. You don't bring in mature players if they need to develop from scratch, especially when they have played against AFL listed players in past seasons.

He does the little things right and his kicking is fantastic.

He is also very hard at the ball and there is just the hint of mongrel in him, plus he has pretty good skills
