Heard from a friend who heard on the radio that Judd tore a pec and is out for 6 weeks. Not confirmed though

Didn't look like he was trying to bench press too much, to show off, so don't know about that.

I didn't look like anything serious really caused it so I'd say he just tweaked it.

They could rest him just for good measure though

If he has torn his pectoral muscle, as reported on MMM, then he will miss 6-8 weeks...

It's a rare injury to get playing AFL, the last player to get it was Stevens from North, who missed 7 matches.

Let's hope it isn't this, and is in fact, a scratch.

I did notice he was keeping his hand in his pocket once he got his jacket on and even after the game.The guys busted his balls all year and if he is out for 6 to 8 weeks then it will show us exactly where the club stands without Juddy playing.

Obviously I hope Juddy doesn't have an injury, but if he is out for the rest of the year, I won't mind.

A few games, and maybe even a finals game without relying on Judd may be just what our team needs to turn things around.

It all but ends our year this year (probably already is), but it could make all the difference with our aspirations next year.

Something which we actually saw in the last quarter today. It seemed that the midfielders realised they were on their own & stepped up accordingly.

If Judd is to miss the rest of the season it may well be the turning point which makes our midfielders, as a group, realise they all have to work harder.

I was hoping the first 3 rounds would do just that. Scotland played brilliantly in the midfield but unfortunately received less time with Judd back.

Obviously I don't want to lose Juddy, but if we are to lose him, this will really be a reality check for the team and the coach, cos you can't keep relying on one player, how else are these other players going to learn how to take repsonsibility rather than rely on the skipper, they had a taste in the first 3 rnds, why not take some medicine and learn
