According to the Slimes, he'll be doing special comments during matches.

Now I'm sorry, but is this suppose to entice people to shell out the big bucks for pay TV. I don't think so.

Ken would have to be the most boring person I've ever heard talk about footy. The amount of times I nodded off during 'Judge On Monday' was quite alarming.

I'd rather listen to my granny make special comment during matches, and she refers to Benny Cousins as Dwayne Lamb for Christ’s sake.

What will be interesting, is to see if he constantly uses the word 'rebuilding' over and over again. It seemed to be his favourite saying for six years as a senior coach.

I reckon Foxtel has probably lost a lot of potential customers with this decision.

This is just as bad as the time Seven introduced Tony Shaw and Tim Watson as 'Expect Cooaching Comments'

Yeah well maybe u should have looked at how old the list was before u stuck the knives into his back. It worked at hawthorn because we had a old list and most of them had to either be delisted or traded off. Judgey did the right thing by trying to rebuild the club. But u guys were too stubborn and would not let go of the past.

This is the closest you've come to a sensible football conversation. Well Done.

Ken Judge did not re-build Hawthorn, it was your highly competent recruiting manager John Turnball.
Hawthorn eventually saw the light, and refused to extend his contract, and unfortunately he was lumped onto us.

I'm just glad we didn't hold onto him for as long as you guys did.

Fact - The year after Ken leaves Hawthorn, they make the finals.

Fact - The year he takes over at West Coast, they plummet out of the eight.

How odd.

I would like to publicly declare that I bought the Foxtel footy channel BEFORE this horrific programming decision was announced.

I also suggest that about 90% of Hawthorn Bigfooty posters think that Judge was a crap coach who took the credit where others deserved it.

Totally agreed...I have not met many Hawk supporters who were unhappy with his departure...after all, they have nothing to complain about now....they played in the finals..
