Another timeWhat's SOS doing these days?![]()
I think uncle Ken is at a loose end at the moment...Actually makes sense now with Craig Vozzo, quits Essendon to move back to SA
Reid leaves to go to AFL (this wouldn't have been a decision made overnight)
Would not shock to see Vozzo in that role at AFC

Word I've heard is Vozzo was a bit burnt by how we was treated with the CEO role and holds a bit of a grudge now.
Just a thing the keep in mind, Justin Reid did the role from Melbourne
The club would not be afraid to hire someone who lived in Melbourne. Doesn’t have to be a local or get someone to move to Adelaide
Not funnyCan we cancel the ROB contract now?
Except it was the then Crows CEO Andrew Fagan that gave list management the ultimatum don't come back without Gibbs...Getting Bryce Gibbs was one of his success stories.
Seriously, the flak he received may have made him better years later.
I suspect he was a changed person after that. He became more focused on the job, just not being told what to do.Except it was the then Crows kCEO Andrew Fagan that gave list management the ultimatum don't come back without Gibbs...
Different James Gallagher. He is the AFLPA CEO now , only just moved into that role
How can it backfire on me?Not funny
It might backfire on you
He certainly took a while to find his feet. The last 4 or so years have been much more strategic list building.I suspect he was a changed person after that. He became more focused on the job, just not being told what to do.
Every appointment we make seems to be with people on "L plates".He certainly took a while to find his feet. The last 4 or so years have been much more strategic list building.
We can't afford a new list manager who has L plates on.

Head of list manager at St Kilda
Currently a board member at the crows
Every appointment we make seems to be with people on "L plates".![]()
New list manager major priority imho.
I think we might have a couple of good candidates from within the club.Shane Edwards please. Has been doing somewhat of a recruiting and list management apprenticeship for the last few years. Quality individual from a successful program with and outside perspective.
Similar to what Mackie did at Geelong.
Is this a case where the soft cap restricts our ability to compete with an offer from the AFL?There were rumours already last year that AFL were trying to poach him from us. Probably an offer he couldn't turn down.
I think a change can be good after someone has been in the role for so long, but that's entirely dependent on who we hire and management wise we have a pretty iffy track record there.
