Maybe we should apply to the AFL for some sort of compensation. I think Freo were compensated when they lost Jeff White for nothing. And teams that lost players to Port when they came into the comp like Wanganeen, Downsborough etc were compenstated for losing them for nothing. Ok, I'm not really serious and I wouldn't agree with the principle of it but there have been precedents.

Correct me of I'm wrong, but did we or did we not waste a #7 draft pick on a nancy boy sooky la la who was so homesick he didn't even bother to try and sort his sh|t out in Adelaide. Who then p|ssed off to Victoria and gets elevated from Carltons rookie list and so from a #7 pick we got didly squat. Correct?

I think Freo got compensated because Melbourne stole White from Freo when Melbourne were considerably over the salary cap.

Yeah, it is a different situation.

I didn't agree with Freo getting compensated though. Melbourne didn't really steal him they got him in the draft. If Melbourne didn't pick him the next team would've. White had to take his chance in the draft, even though we all know Melbourne were never going to pass him up. The AFL created this system where players can leave a club for nothing and many clubs have lost players through this. For Freo to be compensated is ridiculous. But I must apologise for getting off topic.

Made me vomit when I saw that. He would be very handy up forward in our lineup if he had done what he should have done.

I could forgive a lot of players but he is the one I will never ever forgive. That tosser has cost us a hell of a lot of investment in the year he has been in Adelaide. The most frustrating thing is he can actually play.
