Kazaa vs Morpheus

Former Napster user here (who wasn't!) then made the switch to Gnutella for a short time.

Which file sharing program is better to download - Kazaa or Morpheus? Would like to hear your opinions - the pros/cons of either and your experiences.

Kazaa is basically ruined for MP3 files now. The RIAA have started loading fake files on there, and most songs are wretched. Soulseek for music, and IRC for other stuff.

I use WinMX v3.31 for mp3s...Seems OK so far without any issues.

Kazaa. Morpheus was never the same after they switched to a Gnutella-based system.

I like WinMX - IMO it has many useful features and a simple interface
I use Kazaa only when a song is not available on WinMX, and I dont like Morpheus at all

I have experience that too. It got to the stage where i was wasting a d/l on a song that was ruined (wretched). Its pretty much forced me to use WinMX. I remember it being slow, but its not anymore! Haven't had a problem since.

I use Kazaa lite. It's by far the quickest P2P program i've used. It constantly keeps looking for more sources for you which is pretty cool.

Only con is the RIAA uploading scratched songs. I'll proberly d/l WinMX again for songs, or use irc.

Only thing after Napster that i remotely liked
