Sammy D said:I'd agree, but with Kent it doesnt matter whether its wet or not

Far from the worst, kept presents and ended up with 2.3 for his troubles.
Agreed. It is tough to take a mark in the hands out in front coz the defender could hit you in the head or body, Kent would not like that. Even in the dry he goes for chest marks. Softest player in the AFL. Shame he keeps kicking goals (most of the time)rizzo said:Kingsley is soft

Partridge said:I'll happily bag him, he's a soft player who can't mark overhead and he doesn't convert well when gets the ball. Yes the midfield were crap (Kelly and Joel Corey excepted) and yes he is better than Haynes, or Gardiner, or Lonergan at this stage, but 2-3 goals a game is nowhere near enough for a key forward.
That a fair point.Phat said:Do you close your eyes when Scott Camporeale and Adem Yze are on the tv?
Talented, but make Kent seem like Jon Brown.
tayls said:Can we take Yze though, he is soft but he goes ok.
Kegs44 said:Fair point, Kingsley needs to learn how to mark infront, but today with wet ball, you need to give him a break. Midfielders must cop some blames aswell.
catters05 said:I know, but the one I saw was a perfect kick out in front. Kingsley could of got it with his arms out. By trying to take it on his chest he gave the defender a free punch at it.
VikingCat said:For me, the frustrating thing about Kent is that he has shown he is capable of playing better than he generally does. I remember him kicking seven goals a year or two ago, I think it was against Essendon? and he just looked so damn good... if only he could do that more often. But I generally defend him when all the Geelong supporters around me at the ground are caning him... he does try hard.
