Kosi

Some Hawthorn fans will say he will get a week but that is only because it makes them feel better inside. Kosi will be fine to play this weekend.

I am a Hawk supporter and I reckon it would be a disgrace if Kosi gets rubbed out.All he did was a good hard tackle if the AFL don't throw the charge out it will be a dark day for our great game.

I reckon he'll be right.

Wakes will help him out if needed.

Look for one I hope he gets off.

But you have to look at the bigger picture. Its become a trend in the game that only legit way to hurt a player is in the tackle. With the Milburn one they have set a precident that player have a duty of care. Kosy knew the ball was gone so relying on Tim Lane view is a bit hopeful.

Hope he gets off anyway as we have a number with carry over points and would be spewing if they copped a week and miss a GF

I can't see how it was worth any more than a fifty at best.

Stupid reports like "Rough Conduct" have no place in finals footy and Umpires should realise it...it's not a kids game.

Hayden Kennedy lost the plot on the weekend. Over officious and unnecessarily wanted to assert his authority. Continually barked at the players.

After Baker's suspension nothing would surprise, but they surely have to be kidding with that one. Everyone has been getting stuck into Kosi for his lack of awareness and vision, but all of a sudden (when he lays a tackle) he is supposed to have complete L2M4G consciousness

I thought Kosi struggled again, with 7 of his 17 possessions coming in the last quarter. 7 clangers.

Thankfully King played a high standard game in the ruck. In Kosi's last 8 games he has averaged 5 hit outs.

It wasn't Hayden Kennedy who reported him. It was Scott McLaren.

Thanks for the pump up my brother.

I believe this incident is surely similar to the Riewoldt incident against Richmond earlier in the year. Rooey came straight off, missed the next week, no report. Surely Kosi will be fine.

Just reported on the Hawks board that Kosi has been cleared

From the Age website, just to make it official...

St Kilda big man Justin Koschitzke is free to play Hawthorn in the preliminary finals after the AFL's match review panel threw out his report for engaging in rough conduct against Collingwood's Shane Wakelin.
Koschitzke was reported during the match for slinging Wakelin to the ground during a tackle.
But the panel found Koschitzke's action was not considered unreasonable in the circumstances in that his tackle was all in the one motion.
The panel also found that Koschitzke would not have been aware the ball was out of bounds, nor that Wakelin had disposed of the ball during the tackle.

The MRP makes a decent decision for a change

Great news for us, as Kosi and Roo will cause all sorts of problems for the short hawthorn backline

MRP are usually very good during finals. And i'm not saying that because he got off. Way too touchy during the home&away season, need to tone it down a notch.:thumbsu:

He won't get suspended for that tackle. It was just a tackle and nothing more of it.
