Yes get him and Jetta and Mckernan and Mitch Clark and some more hacks maybe Edwards. I would love some spoons.

This actually isn't that bad an idea. The players could use him as a witches hat at training sometimes, and i'm sure he could also cut oranges for halftime.
Is that you Kyle?not the flashiest player but would be a good pick up at the right price, thoughts?

In reading the article on AFL.com (http://www.afl.com.au/news/2014-09-09/hardingham-on-trade-table) the name that blatantly sticks out at me is Marty Gleeson who is "unsigned" for next year.
Gleeson is a terrific talent. Thin but skillset, ability to read the flight and pace excellent. I'd jump and aggressively at the opportunity to pick him up. He'd be a regular in our team and I expect a top 15 player on our team. Would be perfect as a rotational defender/midfielder.
Can't say I know how much of a priority Gleeson is to Essendon, before reading that I assumed he would be a high priority to sign. A trade of a Josh Thomas would in our situation be an example of an excellent trade if that could be manufactured to get Gleeson. I'm liking Gleeson's scope to improve and the rate of improvement he has demonstrated. The Pies won't like that he had a poor finals one v North Melbourne seemingly valuing big game performers highly but watching his first half to the season, he's much better than what he showed in his last two games this season.
