I loved him when he was with us but he’s the enemy now. **** himYes he is.
Just not sure why there's a need to denigrate Ginni.

I wanted Ginni to stay. Dermie’s words that you keep goal kickers in your side always stuck. The problems in Ginni’s game were being worked on. You could see some changes. But he did not have a team mind set. No defense. His pace was the biggest issue for me. His bad moments were bad. He wanted to be at the Hawks. He has improved his game there.Yes he is.

Edit: Ginni will finish well, from a moment or from others work. Shultz will work and work. His will changes moment after moment, he is a part of the team’s core.
I heard interviews on 2 occasions where Pendles said he went blatantly against team rules on field. In a system based side this is catastrophic. Hokball where every campaigner does what they want apparently is more his goI didn't want to lose him either. I've always thought of him as having a heap of potential in a high half forward role maybe midfield. Too slow for the big goal kicking deep forward role that made him famous in 2022 - as pressure is the core of that role with goals being a bonus. Him being re-trained in 2023 was a really important part of the good footy he's currently playing. A bit frustrating as in a way we'd put in the hard work. But that's just the footy side of it - **** knows about his impact on the group and whether that's why we sold him cheap.

I could for go the cheap shot but that ain’t my nature. When his jumper colour changed he sure did improve his ducking game. No frees went to many. I wonder if Hawthorn having a duck flock had any influence. The pies having one could not be tolerated in game or after.I didn't want to lose him either. Doesn't surprise in the slightest. They're all system based sides. You don't move the footy like the Hawks do without defined running patterns. He just had and probably still has some growing up to do. I think he'll have a good career, despite some me me me moments.I heard interviews on 2 occasions where Pendles said he went blatantly against team rules on field. From the Latin pedites = foot.Amusing post - but please - wtf is a "pedantic" goal?
Your linguistic licence is laudable...
a pedant is a nitpicker. From the Latin pedites = foot.

Indeed, derived from an Italian form pedante, either from paedogogue (Gr. "boy leader" = teacher) or pedite (lat. footman, either a soldier or a slave who walked).a pedant is a nitpicker.![]()
No current season stats available
Yep he zoomed into a couple of tackles vs the Saints without regard for his own safety. That one vs Freo was extremely worrying.Schultz is a maniac, I just hope he can stay fit and healthy, the way he attacks the contest you hold your breath sometimes . Kinda like Nathan Murphy he only knows one way to play .
Fixed for youa pedant is anitpicker. modern day hero in a slapdash world![]()
Even I picked that up. She's slippingFixed for you
You are incorrigibleFixed for you

Was called "cheeky" at work today - advised wife of comment - she concurredYou are incorrigible![]()

If you ignore defensive, pressure, marking, and score involvement stats, then sureStatistically, Ginni has Shooter well covered....and it's not even close.

Those were just the ones that I knew off the top of my head, but to act as if all stats are made equal is silly. Which is probably why Schultz had more than double the coaches votes in 9 fewer gamesIf you can only find 4 statistical categories that Shooter is better than Ginni, then well covered is probably the correct term.
I loved Ginni. But the bullshit outweighed the contributions in the end for us. He’s kicked on at Hawthorn and we’ve got a forward line leader for the next 5-6 years. Win/winI feel that hawthorn always have to compromise something just to keep ginni focused. They can have the campaigner. No compromises with shoota
Can you elaborate for us old dummies? This Ginnivan better than Shoota conversation is nearly as funny as the dolt who rang SEN today to declare Jagga Smith is better than Nick. In other news our other future gun forward who thought he was too good for us just got dropped again after one game.
