I think if he wants to go home which is sounds like he does either a second rounder or pick 14 and Davis for pick 7 if a second rounder by you guys maybe a Mcnamara who looks like being delisted but shown a bit.

If a second rounder would do it Id grab him. My impression is that Collingwood are only offering him out there to get something good enough to nab Jolly+Ball (mabye Fev). So even if we said we would trade him for a second rounder if that wasent enough to get whoever from wherever the pies wouldnt go for it.

He's a downhill skier at best - Dick is worth twice as much to us on the tradetable.

He's just been made AA and then had a lamentable final's series. We just don't need that sort of player. And is the reason he is being shopped.

Someone made the comment that all of Collingwood had bad final's series - I would point them to the fact that dozens of people are bad at finals - and I don't think we should recruit any of them

Davis just might be the extra talent we need to achieve a top 6 birth next year. Admittedly though, I'd be reluctant to part with a single figure draft pick.

I've always wanted to see Davis at WC and still do although pick 22 would be the more likely swap (since who would offer any more?).

Age isn't really a problem as our next 3 years should be finals based with 2011-12 being a realistic push.
