This worries me. Lucas' will definately be thrown out, if Leon's is as well... then Didak might go. We all know how stubborn the AFL can be in admitting that mistakes were made. If 3 reports are thrown out, itts fair to say mistakes were made.
 
If Didak goes the player he hit should go too... it was the same thing.

Has Dids got points?

I dont think so - pretty sure after Goodes' first report this year, and him not having carry over points that they expire pretty quickly. I cant think of Dids getting cited at all last year.

I hate to play devils advocate here, but I've got a feeling that Dids will get a week for this. The AFL and MRP are an absolute joke. Eddie will seek legal advice, we will appeal... and anything could happen.

Did you hear Eddie in SEN this arvo? Made a good point, Didak was running back to position, was grabbed and jumper punched by his opponent and he gets reported? What a flocked up system, would love to see Eddie go to court over it, maybe they could revolutionise the absolute amatuer umpiring system that is still in place. See last night? They forgot to record a point in the Swans game because the incompetent field unpire didn't signal all clear. It is truly archaic.

BTW all the snivellers carrying on about clash strips don't realise why we still have ours. The AFL know the Pies could go to court and win for restriction of trade over the jumper and have accepted they will lose in the long term. If only we could get a clear cut case to challenge the tribual system over reports, not just for us, but for all clubs.

He has had 10 years to do something with the team, result? Mediocre success in 3 out of 10 years.

Time to p*ss off and let someone who isnt such a bighead have a go.
 
I agree that if Didak goes the other player HAS to go. He initiated the first jumper punch and copped one back but fell cause he was soft. :rolleyes:
 
Didak's wasn't even a punch anyway as it was the inside of his wrist that made the contact (minimal).

He should get nothing but will get a reprimand probably with an early plea going by the Kosi incident.

Nice effort.
Eddie is not the coach, he is the President and is doing his job very well.
Collingwood Football Club is in a very sound position due in large part to Eddie.
Plus.....he has a valid point. The ****en umpire was either blind or has selective sight.
You would, I suppose, rather that Eddie did a Roos and preemptively suspend Didak so as not to appear too childish to?....you?
I am sure he eagerly awaits your opinion on matters of Football.

Given that all three reports laid were summarily dismissed the Umps should be sent a "please explain"and then summarily bashed senseless.
Particularly about the "don't you point at me 50 metre penalty".
If I was Trav I would have put the maggot on his arse, but then I don't have a paying contract.
Every part of our game is under constant scrutiny except the ****en useless shit sucking maggots and arseclowns on "the rules committee".
Time for a real shake up.
