What's happening?

A couple of our women's runners (5000 I think) made it through to the final and were interviewed after their semi. The interviewer asked then for their thoughts on another runner (who I don't know) who had just blitzed the field. It was a leading question so I figured there was some controversy about her. They gave some answers that insinuated they suspected drugs and signed off with something about looking forward to a "clean" final. Said she'd been amazing if she hasn't had any help or something like that.
