Hey guys, kinda bored and over job hunting at the moment and was contemplating how successful the Suns will be, and the thought process behind their list strategy.

As we know, they focused on experience in the backline with instant STAR quality in the midfield. We here coaches say all the time with new recruits "He's a player we feel we can build a team around"

Well here's your chance, and Ill be doing the same.

With this being a forum, I want people to post the following, and yes i understand this is going to be a lot harder with the limited exposure of U18s so far in 2011 but your list strategy needs to include the following:

1. Overall strategy
2. Uncontracted targets and how that fit into the overall strategy
3. Trade strategy and how it fits into the overall strategy
4. Draft Strategy and how it fits into the overall strategy.

I hope some people embrace this and have a little bit of fun with it, and even evolve their strategy over time (like when an unsigned player re-signs with a club)

Ill be working on mine and will post in the coming days hopefully (depends on time).
