No way, like I said in another thread, Collingwood haven't gotten out of first gear. This game is no indication of either side's form.

Geelong are destroying Collingwood, not sure how that equates to us being more of a chance?

seriously though, we have been close to both these teams this year, regardless of it being the last game of the year for either of these teams to dominate the other is good to see, if you think either team isnt trying you have rocks in your head. Neither has blown us away and all Im saying is we are not far off it and I wouldnt be writing us off yet.. Our boys have far exceeded my expectations for the year, we are not done yet bring em on..

So essentially, Swans and Saints would play off (held where?) basically for the right to host the final the next week where they would face off again.

This can't happen under AFL Rules. If teams are equal on everything then it is decided by a coin toss. AFLPA Rules and the AFL's contract with the MCC don't allow for the finals to be pushed out by a week until the need for a Grand Final Final Replay.

The old expression - you're only as good as your last game.

So - we beat St Kilda, Geelong, Brisbane. geelong lose to us and belt Pies.

Simple equation - we are now favourites for the flag.

At 67-1, get on!

It's like in the FIFA World Cup. If all games played in a particular group are 0-0 draws, then the two teams that go through are drawn out of a hat.

Makes sense to me................

Pretty certain we were paying 50-1 before the Geelong game, and then after the Geelong game drifted out to 65-1. Makes no sense:confused:
