I remember instantly liking them when I heard nookie on the radio in 1999. Wanted to buy Significant Other. Chocolate Starfish at the time was a massive release for my generation (born late 80's), I remember a lot of us playing it during lunch at school. The single Rollin, shortly after the BDO tragedy, was probably the high point of their fame. But by the end of 2001 (Year 7), I lost interest.

Actually, I never ended up buying or owning Limp Bizkit, so that is an achievement. I was always more into Korn around that period, but Limp Bizkit were very appealing at the time.

There's no denying they weren't huge at their prime

Saw the video of "Rollin' " on Max the other day. Any song with a dance that goes with the lyrics looks very very lame.

Didn't mind Significant Other or the album that preceded it. Everything else after was garbage though as Durst's ego grew out of control and destroyed himself and the band.
