Lists of best available at each pick?

I've been thinking that with the GC having so many picks in the top 20 this year it will be almost impossible to do a phantom draft. Might make more sense to produce lists of players in order of best available at each pick for the time being.

With this in mind does anybody with more of a clue than me want to kick it off?
