YES YES ye -har yipee - its good though, that Seaby will have stay at WC, should be revitalised and motivated for you next year. YOU BEAUTY.

About time we stopped wasting good picks on discards.

You are so correct Tambling , JON, Meyer, Pattison, Pettifer.:p

Its not hard to see why you are tired of your club wasting good first round picks.:(

Seaby + What for pick 8 Tiger fans??
Kerr?;)

But seriously, it would have to be a pretty good player packaged with Seaby in order for us to give up a Top 10 pick in the last untainted draft, I'd be thinking someone like Hurn, Brown, Houlihan, McKinley, someone of that ilk.

if you tigers should actually do some research. eagles want either player for player or seaby for pick 26 or ungraded pick. eagles have a long list of young players so casserley is out of the equation and so is pick 42.

Seaby + picks 18 + 20 would be a starting point. And I stress "starting".

JON still has potential, but only if he can stop crapping his pants any time an opposing player runs towards him
I'm convinced you have never watched Coburg play. First you say Gourdis has been regularly kicking bags in the Coburg twos (one bag of 7, but he mostly played in defence), and now you question JON's courage. If there's one thing he's got, apart from pace, it's guts.

What does the fact the draft next year only has 8 months worth of kids have to do with a players worth this year? That doesn't make any sense. If a player is worth pick 15 this year, why does what is happening next year even come into it??

The above deal is insane.

Seaby is NOT worth a 1s round draft pick. He'd be lucky to fetch a 2nd round pick.
According to our dealmaker we ain't doing the deal, so just forget above Seaby. Let's just watch him tear us a new one next year.

Thank god Craig Cameron said we'd only offer a 3rd rounder and we didn't put it on the table because they won't accept it.

That is correct Mr Q just said on 10 news that Seaby is happy to play out his contract next year if a suitable trade cant be done.

Richmond are jerking themselves if thats their best offer a mid third round pick.
They need to make the running here , if they seriously want him then make a decent offer. Otherwise don't waste our time.

yea I am sure he will be real happy to stay around..

I mean he quit the club, because his football is going nowhere, and unless cox does a knee that wont change next year, it will just get worse.

But I guess you are stuck with him because no-body rates him, real shame he has two more years to go in his contract too.;)

I am not interested in him at all. And am real happy that Craig Cameron doesnt rate him either

We haven't offered our 3rd rounder because WCE want a 1st/2nd and we aren't willing to give those picks up. FWIW, we're not even keen to give up #8 for McIntosh, why would we give it up for Seaby?

I for one am glad the talks have stalled.

You have obviously spoken with him and know his mind set. Thanks for the tip.

Cant be worse than your ruck stocks next year. :D

Oh thats right you are going after Jamar.:p

I am rapt that you have Cameron just hope he does as good a job at Richmond as he did at Melbourne. He left them well stocked and in a great position.

Cameron has a great eye for ruckman .. Jamar.... Meeson....Johnson.

Quite happy to keep Seaby, so we agree on one thing :thumbsu: , excellent situation for both clubs.. you get to keep your third round pick and we dont get screwed. Win / Win.
