Pity they didn't interview him tonight, he might have told us how shite he played. His decision making was appalling when got the ball which wasn't that much because he spent most of the game falling over and running onto his wrong foot.

When he is off he is really off.

I am a big fan of Ablett but...

There were a couple of very costly turnovers latish in the game where the Swans looked in the clear and ready to set something up constructive.

First was the kick from Kennelly which bounced awkwardly for him but he looked very sore / clumsy trying to gather it before it rolled over the boundary line.

And then a bit later he had Hall clear on a lead but kicked the ball too high, straight into Michael's arms and the Bombers went forward and scored something.

And very very late in the game he was trying to be third man up at bounces and got in Spida's way a couple of times. I know he was showing desperation to get things going but I suspect he wasn't helping.

His work-rate late in the game was phenomenal though. I wonder whether he was played on injections and adrenaline after that very nasty elbow to the back he received from Hille in the first half.
