who knows,he was given one senior game all season , and then spent most of the time on the bench, how mm can judge a players ability to play at the elite level after so little game time is beyond me.T.W. Wills said:Is Luke Shackleton similar to Moloney (now Melbourne) in ability?

blue boy said:you didnt win the frandfinals none gives a s....... that you got into the grand final you got beat by 9 and 65 points and by the way carlton have won more premierships then collingwood
Go away, you annoying little twit.blue boy said:shackleton is a dud like all of the magpie players
I think once he works out that he needs to lose a few pounds, and start to work harder on getting into better shape, I think he could become a better player.you idiot sheehan said:He's one Big Mac away from blowing up. He's tough and he puts his head over the ball but unfortunatley that's not good enough in modern day football.
Blue boy, we all admit we're obsessed with Collingwood, but whats your excuse? I've already penciled in 2 percentage boosting wins over Carlton in 2005, worst list in the competition by far. Can you hear the honking outside your house Blue boy? It's the Blue bus come to pick you up.blue boy said:shackleton is a dud like all of the magpie players
grayza said:i was disappointed with the selections made throughout the season, shack was playing some good footy at Willy but never got a crack, then when he did he spent most of the time on the bench
im not to sure about him anyway, wouldnt be surprised to see him delisted and rookied as has been previously mentioned because he probably deserves another chance...perhaps at a different club
Murray said:I agree that he did play some good footy at Williamstown - but he was playing to his peak. That was never going to be good enough at AFL level.
Why would we put all the effort into a kid that lacked self discipline, if he wasn't prepared to get his body right then why persist with him when there are really good kids around who will do what ever is required.
Shack was taking up a place on our list that could be better utilised
grayza said:i think this has proven to be an accurate assessment
i agree with everything you say on Shack....do you think they may rookie list him, or Mullins for that matter?
