Just wonder how he'd go in a backline without Scarlett, Milburn, Hunt, Enright, Taylor and at times Kelly and to a lesser extent LONERgan.

Dont need him, we have Bower the Power and he will be back to his best next year.
Barring injury Bower would be as good for us as Mackie is for them(probably not as skilful) if he had similar support as Mackie does

Ok why the **** are we talking about Mackie? Ok he's a solid player for the GEELONG CATS. With Milburn and Scarlett gone in the next 1-3 and Harley retiring last year would assume he will be a cat for the next 5 or so years.
BTW Goddard is the best HBF in the AFL.
