This thread is given a lot of rope with posting especially around insults of contestants (mostly deserved) BUT you need to ensure to abide by the site rules on profanity, racism, homophobia, sexism, misogyny etc etc etc.

Ill be explicitly clear, a minor infraction will get a deletion and a warning, a second minor infraction will be a thread ban, a serious infraction will be an automatic thread ban or worse.

The show is in poor taste (probably why we love it) and thus the posting can also be but there is a line and we need to remember and respect that.

Does anyone elses lol when people complain about this show being too white and want racial quotas? I say this as a person with non-white mixture.

I mean how good must life be if you find yourself whinging about race on a show that is on the level of Jersey Shore.

It does not factor into their thinking that perhaps other cultures actually see this as the shitshow it is and are less likely to want to dissapoint their parents by going onto a show that treats marriage like a game of musical chairs?

I would bet a good 90% of the applicants of this show are white bogans because they are largely the ones dumb enough to do this.

If you aren't watching this for anything other than the drama and conlfict then you are doing it wrong.

Can't say there are any that really stand out for me looks wise (not that they are ugly, just kinda the standard decent garden variety but not stop in the street beautiful), unlike a couple of ladies on the Bachelor (Aka Abi and Leah).

Not nuts, actually a pretty nice person. FWIW, they are in the "wants to be in the media" category. Had narrowly missed being cast in Big Brother and the one with the rose ceremonies in the last couple of years.

I know their mum quite well, and have met the contestant a number of times, including after the filming finished. They had a few tough moments but all in all found it a positive experience.

Funnily enough, the producers have since spoken to the mum about being on My Kitchen Rules this year.
