Magpies Ready To Go!!!!!!!!!!

Have heard from a little magpie,that some of the pies like licca,rocca,and buckley were at a dinner recently and all the guys are very confident that the Pies will have a big year this year.They all believe that they are far more fitter than last year.All the pies at the dinner were talking all the players up like medhurst etc.The only negative response was by the little magpie telling the players like bucks not to get too excited.The loss of tarrant,didak and holland will hurt the pies this yaer said the little magpie,buckle's response was don't you have faith in us.Just wait and see what transpires said Bucks.The young guns are still a fair way away because none of the new recruits attended Arizona trip.Will be interesting to see what happens in 2007.Even though the little magpie was not as confident as all the players,the little one really does want the Pies to fly high in 2007.GO PIES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You could talk to any player or coach at any club at this time of year and they will tell you they are fitter than last year, better prepared etc etc etc

but when it does turn for the better, anyone who bags the team before the season has started and recuiting and so forth are ones knocking people down to jump on the bandwagon

Ah mate, I agree, really I do, and I have faith, Round 1 the hearts racing the adrenaline is pumping. Every year my hear says we'll make the finals, and this'll be our year but I know in reality we may not.

But I am looking forward to Round 1, even excited about the NAB Cup even though most years I don't like it, but this year seems to have been a longer wait then most years for footy to start again.

It's a damn shame we have to still wait for the first bounce of the NAB Cup.
