Usually this far into a console generation I have been historically unable to resist the temptation and generally have all consoles.

But I just havent been compelled to get the PS3 at this stage.

Wii and 360 are filling my needs very nicely.

The PS3. I think I'll be selling the Xbox soon though.

So you held out a whole year without a next-gen console. Then when you finally get one with the PS3 you decide to buy a 360 anyway. Why?

As LLD said, at the time I bought the PS3 there was very little to play. The 360 had much better titles at the time (Gears and well, uh, Gears - Saints Row 2 wasn't bad either, but the storyline was totally gayarse).

The PS3 was bought as a BR player initially, but now I barely touch the 360.

Not much different to the way the 360 had nothing to play of note in its first year, happens to all consoles.

I'm playing Lost Odyssey as a single player game, with COD 4 and Halo 3 as my multiplayer games. - Loving those titles! Is there something on the PS3 that overshadows these?

As of right this minute I'm actually playing the new Dawn of War expansion for PC, only got it yesterday though.

NBA 2k8 is another I've been playing a lot of. Ratchet and Clank still gets a guernsey and Devil May Cry 4 was recently completed.

I own both COD4 and Halo3 but just honestly don't like them that much. It's well established that I'm not a big console FPS guy though, something about not having a keyboard and mouse just irritates me. Halo3 just doesn't feel right either, it's too floaty and slow. I play TF2 a lot on PC instead.

On PS3, I really rate Folklore, but I'm keen to check out Lost Odyssey as well.

All of this will mean nothing come Tuesday though, as I'm ready to hand my life over to GTA4.

Honestly it doesn't add much, it's just two new army's and that's about it.
