i watched the second half on setanta slightly drunk but i remember him and zaha were standouts imo. but yeah his technical skills are very impressive, just gliding past opppnents. just looked special. i was like "this guys oozes creativity, something we've lacked for so long in the middle of the park until kagawa. now we have 2 specialplayers". i presumed he was playing AM, didnt see lineup. hope he plays a lot. its only one match but this 18 year old kid will be challenging shinji sooner than later. man im so excited for this lad. thiago who? jks i would still want thiago :(
 
De Gea and RVP are now part of the tour squad. Very nice.
 
Met a few of the lads today in Sydney. Met Moyes was awesome
 
Didn't catch the game but i'm not concerned at all by the result, it's only pre-season. Zaha looked good in that video clip, will only improve, looks like Welbeck from a distance but his feet are much better lol:D

Got a call at 1am last night. Saw it was from a +44 country code but didn't know where it was.

Turns out it was a woman from Manchester United telling me I can buy a season ticket as I put my name down a few weeks back.

Had to tell her I'm in Australia so unlikely to be going to many games. But gave me impression a lot of people haven't renewed for this season.

Did she sound like she was a Nigerian prince?
 
Did not think Giggs deserved the boos at ANZ stadium last night. Thought he is more in the universally respected group of people by now even if he plays for a club that many hate.

Did you go to the State of Origin?

He's a United player so that was enough to get some boos. They booed when the ground announcer welcomed the club.

I think we needed Luke Darcy in the commentary box to scold these naughty NSW people.
