For those of you unaware, this is going to be a series of protest marches across Australia in March to protest against the Abbott government and many of it's policies. So if you don't like the direction our government is taking our country I'd encourage you to click the link and find out where and when the march is taking place in your locale.
If you've never been to a protest rally before, I'd really encourage you to make this your first one, it can be a really exhilarating feeling to march with a group of like minded people and have a good old shout and it's a way of making your voice heard too.
I'm not sure how much effect this will have but the more voices we are, the stronger we are.

Personally I'll be marching against the refugee policy. Without wishing to argue the point I think something has gone terribly wrong with Australia when we condone the treatment of refugees in the manner we do. It's a personal thing.

Why didn't anyone march against the PNG, Malaysian, etc solutions?

I wouldn't. I just don't think Abbott has done anything bad enough yet to justify a march. You're going to end up marching every couple of months when he really gets going.
