This guy should be given the job at the Dee's. Neal Daniher could learn alot from this guy about building a solid and tight unit that knows how to win. I really think Neal is a clown. At least Stkilda had to courage to get rid of heir deadbeat coach.

Hmmmmmm. When you think about it, it wouldn't be a bad idea. He has built a winning culture at Sandy and they are a very tight-knit, solid unit that is based all around winning.

I think a change is needed, and if there were to be a change, it'd be great if it was someone from already within the club who most of the players know and hopefully respect.
I'd be wary of bringing in a coach who hasn't been an assistant at AFL level (I don't think), however, his big stint at VFL level might qualify him.

That having been said, I doubt we could afford to pay out the year left on Daniher's contract anyway.

I reckon he'd easily make it at AFL level...

Neale has 1 year left? Let him coach. Minimum requirements, top 4 spot, prelim, and improve his match day coaching. If not, hes gone. The game plan on friday night was pathetic. No risk football, hold the ball and dont move it quickly, use the wings and forget the corridor. Our best footy is played when we go straight up the guts and make it a quick, hard running game. Too much stop start crap. The only good thing he did was play Miller forward. Surprise surprise he dominated there. Never play him back again.
If he fails again, then I like the thought of giving Mark Williams the job.
