Anyone rate this kid. Plays 1st XI at Dandenong.

Opening bat who bowls abit. 315 runs @24 22 wickets @ 16.27
 
I would imagine blokes such as Blizzard, Klinger, Buchanan, Dart, Hayward, Dempsey and co would be aggregating and averaging a bit more than him this year. Have no idea how young, if he is in the teens or early 20's then one to work with.

those figures are pretty poor if he is in his mid-late twenties....it would be good if you told us how old he was.

Anyone rate me??? I'm currently averaging about 8 in backyard cricket and i have just got a new bat... Surely that guarantees me an opening spot somewhere

I was hoping to start a discussion about young talent at the 1st XI level in Melbourne.

plenty of others to discuss, he's someone who scored the most runs last round (Sunday's one day games)

Dandy have another real talent, Peter Siddle. Quick Bowler, I think he is about 19 or 20....re can play.

So I am not Matthew Chasemore nor am I a relative.

So how about you start discussing rather than trolling!
 
shaun dean from geelong and evan gulbis from carlton are gonna be future stars both great bats man. Shaun dean made a double hundred for australia under 17s. both player vic under 19s

Siddle will be a star. Chasemore is a solid bat and and a tight bowler has worked very hard on his game over the last 15 months or so. One to watch

Fair call from last week dees, Chasemore made 82 for Dandy following up on his 98 not out last week.

Evan Gulbis smashed FP this weekend. Did anyone see this innings? 163 not out!
 
He was a fixture in Victorian Premier cricket for many years, played a lot for the Bushrangers' Second XI. Don't ever recall seeing him on a Sheffield Shield team sheet but I don't follow Victoria as closely as some.
